For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or returns, unless a product is faulty or incorrectly received. Please choose your products carefully when ordering.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, we are happy to help sort this for you.

Problem with Delivery
If you experience a delivery problem such as loss or damage, contact us within 7 days.

Couriers have strict timeframes for us to submit a claim for a lost order, or a damaged item. If you contact us any time after this 7 day period, we will be unable to help.

We will meet (or exceed) all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
