How long will my order take to get to me?
Orders usually take 1-3 working days, once we have dispatched your order. Rural deliveries will take longer.



Where is my tracking number?
We usually send out tracking numbers usually by 6pm, on the day we send your order out.




My tracking number doesn't work?
Please note tracking numbers will not work on the CourierPost website until the courier has picked up your package. So if we have emailed your tracking number during the day (i.e. 1pm) please wait until 6pm to check your tracking. If your tracking number does not seem to work after 6pm, please contact us.


Can you send to my P.O. Box?
Yes we can send to P.O. Boxes no problem.


I don't live in New Zealand, can you ship to me?

No sorry, at this stage we only ship within New Zealand.



Do you have a store?

No we do not have a physical store, we are a 100% online website.
